BT SMS SERVICE

BT SMS is a remote banking system that allows you to have on your phone:

  • Permanent connection with your bank 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Live transaction processing
  • Private account management secured by a PIN which can be modified as often as you wish
  • Sending of claims
  • Change of Access PIN to BT SMS
  • View of last entries of your bank account
  • Reception of alerts regarding account operations

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE?

Please send to 85505 the code of the service you want to subscribe to,followed by a space and your username followed by a space then your PIN:

 <Service code><Space><username><Space><PIN>

Your username and secret code are same than those of the vocal server. You will get a response message or a request confirmation according to the requested service.

BALANCE AND TRANSACTIONS CHECKING

  • Send a text message to 85505 write SLD followed by your username and PIN.
  • You will immediately receive your balance and the 4 last transactions.

E-MONEY TRANSACTION CHECKING

  • Please send a text message to 85505 with TMN followed by your username and PIN if you want to know about your card transactions.
  • You will receive the 4 last e-money transactions
  • In case you have many cards and you want to view the transactions for each card, please send a text message to 85505 with TMN followed by your username, PIN and the 16 digits card number.
  • You will receive the last transactions for the specified card

TRANSFERS

Received transfers

  • Send VIRR followed by your username and PIN to 85505
  • You will immediately receive the last 3 received transfers

Issued transfers

  • Send VIRE followed by your username and PIN to 85505
  • You will immediately receive  the last 3 issued transfers

TRANSACTIONS BY CHEQUES

Paid cheques

  • Send CHQR followed by your username and PIN to 85505
  • You will immediately get the last 3 debit entries relating to your paid cheques

CHEQUES ENQUIRY

Last cheque collections

  • Send CHQE followed by your PIN to 85505
  • You will get the last 3 cheque collection transactions

Search by number of issued cheque

  • Please send CHQE followed by your username, number of the cheque and your PIN to 85505
  • You will get the amount and date of your cheque settlement. In case it has not been paid, you will be informed.

CLAIMS

  • Please send a text message to 85505 with  RECL followed by your username
  • write your  message claim (maximum 160 digits)
  • Send you message to 85505

SECRET CODE MODIFICATION

In case you want to change your PIN, please send TO 1234 a text message with MCC followed by your username, previous PIN and the new one and you will receive a confirmation.

 

* The secret code for BTSMS service is the same for yje vocal server. In case of change you will change both of them.
