What is it?

The Industrial Promotion and Decentralization Fund (FOPRODI) is to:

·The creation of a new generation of promoters;

·Promoting the creation and development of small and medium industrial, service and craft companies;

·emplement mechanisms to encourage regional development

For who?

The new promoters indivudual persons of Tunisian nationality grouped or not in a company, which:

·have required experience and the qualifications.

·anduertake the management the project and at full time.

·Do not have enough furniture and real state propriety.

·Undertaking their first investment project.

Conditions

The promoter can choose for either the FOPRODI PARTICIPATION either for FOPRODI ENDOWMENTonly for projects with that there investment cost

less than 10.000.000 million dinars.

·      endowment is granted for investments ≤ 1,000,000 dinars. It is requested from commercial banks under agreement to manage the FOPRODI.

·The refundable endowment is given to one or more partners among individuals of Tunisian nationality.

·The refundable ENDOWMENT is given for a period of 12 years including 5 years of grace period.

·The release of the repayable endowment can only be made for the benefit of NEW PROMOTERS after releasingthe minimum contribution

Set on their charge and the balance of the comany's capital eventually subscribed by the shareholders as well as obtaining the agreement of

project financing.

Financial benefits:

·Study and technical support grant: 70% of the cost of the study and the technical supportnot exceeding 20,000 TND.

·Investment grant: 10% of the value of Tax Exempted equipment not exceeding 100,000 TND.

·Taking charge the price of the land or industrial building: 1/3 of the price of the land or industrial building not exceeding 30,000 TND.

·Intangible investments grant: 50% of cost of intangible investments.

·priority technological investments grant: 50% of the cost of priority technological investments not exceeding 100,000 TND.

·Taking charge employer contribution to the statutory scheme of social security during the first 05 Years are of actual activity..
